Lemon-Pepper Chili-Lime Wings

enough for 6-8 wings (12-16 segments) Streaming Queue juice of 1 lemon juice of 1 lime 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning 1 tsp table salt 6 Tbs butter (cold)


1. In a saucepan, heat the lemon juice and lime juice over Low Heat. Whisk in the chili powder, garlic powder, coarse ground black pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt.

2. Let the sauce warm up to when it just starts to bubble (but don’t let it boil) and then add the butter (cold), 1 Tbs at a time. Stir continually until the butter is melted and then add the next Tbs. Repeat until all the butter has been melted.

3. Toss your cooked wings in the sauce, plate, serve, eat, enjoy. Repeat.
