Market Deli Seafood Salad

Shopping List 16 oz imitation crab (surimi) 2/3 cup mayo juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1 avocado salt to taste


1 Cut the “crab” sticks into thirds and then pull or slice them apart to shred them.

2 In a bowl, mix the mayo, lemon juice, and lemon-pepper seasoning.

3 Stir in the thinly sliced celery and the shredded “crab”.

4 Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the skin and pit. Slice into strips and then dice (chunks about the size of a sugar cube). Fold the avocado into the mixture and let the salad sit in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors set. Salt to taste and serve with lemon.
